Working with the team at Geek Vacuums was incredibly easy! I had several questions before purchasing an open box Miele, and they answered all of them without any issues. The vacuum arrived promptly and was in excellent condition; I wouldn't have known it was an open box from the factory! I love how it works and feel that it performs significantly better compared to my older Shark bagless upright vacuum. I would definitely use them again.
