Can the Triflex HX3 Aqua vacuum and mop at the same time?

No — dry vacuuming and wet cleaning are separate passes. You swap the MultiFloor XXL electrobrush for the AquaTwister attachment depending on the job, and you should never draw liquid into the dry-vacuum system.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Miele rates the PowerUnit at up to 70 minutes on its own at the lowest setting. With the MultiFloor XXL electrobrush attached, expect 38 minutes on the low setting and 15 minutes on high. The 25.2V lithium-ion battery is removable and takes 240 minutes, about 4 hours, to fully recharge.

What floors can I use the AquaTwister on?

Water-resistant hard floors such as sealed tile, stone, laminate and vinyl. The dual rotating pads have three adjustable water levels, so you can dial back moisture on more sensitive surfaces. It is not intended for unsealed wood or for carpet.

Is the Triflex HX3 Aqua good for allergy sufferers?

Yes. It captures over 99.99% of dust and uses a HEPA lifetime filter rated at 99.999% filtration under EN 1822-1:2019, so fine particles stay in the machine instead of blowing back into the room. The Twist2open dust container also empties with almost no dust contact.

Does it work on carpet?

Yes. The MultiFloor XXL SEB 436 electrobrush handles both carpet and hard floors, and FloorDetect automatically adjusts suction as you move between them. Boost Mode is available for heavily soiled areas.

How is the Triflex HX3 Aqua different from the Triflex HX3 Plus Aqua?

They share the same core machine. The Plus Aqua adds the softer nylon-roller Hardfloor Care Tool for delicate hardwood and a second battery for swap-and-go runtime, which matters in larger homes. If you clean a single floor and want wet cleaning included, the HX3 Aqua is the value pick.

Does it stand up on its own?

Yes. The Triflex parks free-standing without a wall bracket, so you can set it down mid-clean. A wall mount is also included in the box if you would rather store it mounted.
