Frequently asked questions
Does the HX3 Aqua vacuum and mop at the same time?
Yes. Swap on the AquaTwister floorhead and it vacuums dry debris while simultaneously wet-mopping in a single pass — no separate mopping step needed.
Is it safe to use on hardwood floors?
The AquaTwister is safe on most water-resistant flooring. On hardwood, Miele recommends using the pads on the driest ("0") wetness setting, since standing water and some cleaners can damage wood over time.
What's included with the HX3 Aqua?
MultiFloor XXL electrobrush with headlight, AquaTwister Pro floorhead with 360° light, dusting brush, upholstery nozzle, crevice nozzle, drip mat with two washable pads, a 17 fl oz bottle of Miele FloorClean, wall mount, and one lithium-ion battery.
