Replacement electrostatic filter for ICC211 interceptor can.  The hole is offset from the center.  Approximately 12″ in diameter.  Mostly used in vets and hair salons because it keeps hair and fur inside the interceptor.  The filter is washable and should be cleaned or changed on a regular basis for optimum efficiency.
